When it comes to the translation of contracts, it is increasingly important to abide by the formal requirements of the cotract type. The translation has to be fully correspondent with the original, both in terms of content and structure as well, and that is not an easy task. Due to the formal and linguistic differences between two languages, the translation of such documents require extreme precision and care from the translator. As a simple example, we can think of the Hungarian standard for writing dates and names. In both cases, we see a practice which is unlike that of most other languages, and a mistake of this magnitude (05.11 instead of 11.05, etc.) can have severe consequences.
